Crowdfunding Strategy

The crowdfunding campaign for Mr & Mrs Wilcox started in early January with an engaging video. We provided regular updates on Instagram and TikTok to keep high social media engagement. On January 22nd, the campaign launched on Greenlit, coinciding with media coverage on local radio station, Express FM, which helped us reach a larger audience and boost the campaign's momentum. The campaign was successful, raising £1,200 in its first week. Encouraged by this initial success, we plan to keep engaging our audience with more high-quality videos and rewards to ensure our backers feel involved and appreciated. This comprehensive strategy has not only retained our current supporter base but also attracted new backers, fueling the ongoing success of our project on Greenlit.

We are incredibly grateful for your support. Your generous contributions have had an amazing impact on our film, allowing us to bring our vision to life. Thanks to your support, we secured stunning locations that brought our scenes to life.  Your donations enabled us to hire a stunt coordinator to safely and effectively execute some of the film's most entertaining stunts. Additionally, we could cover the costs of production design, transforming a local cottage into the Halloween-decorated wonder that became the Wilcox family home. Your support also helped us to provide catering, keeping our hardworking crew fueled throughout the shoot, and covering essential transport and accommodation costs for our crew and actors. Your contribution has impacted every aspect of our production, making it our most ambitious project yet. Thank you for helping us bring this dream to life!
